We are not a ‘Jack of All Trades’ type of business, so if you are looking for property management and you want someone that will arrange bookings, pay taxes, pay your utility bills, etc. then we probably are not the company you are looking for. All the owners we deal with are actively involved with their investment in Florida and we feel that this is important. If you intend to leave your substantial investment entirely in the hands of a full service management company then read no further, you would be wasting your time.
