I am very quick to criticize when I feel I am getting really bad service so to set the balance straight I thought I should praise the good.
One of our owners has some pool furniture that they have had for many a year and eventually the webbing gave up the ghost and split. I realized it had all been made by Palm Casual so I thought I would give them a call so that they could extort some money out of us for it’s repair.
Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick them up again today and was told: “No charge sir”
I was even more surprised because when I dropped them off the guy seemed a right grumpy old cuss.
I then asked him for his card so that I could recommend him to other owners and this is what he gave me:
So it turns out he was just an old eccentric clown.
Anyway, Palm Casual, it doesn’t matter how old your furniture is they will repair it free of charge. Top show.
